Job summary

Laurel Dene is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide a dedicated team and provide high-quality care and companionship to residents. You’ll support everyday living, encourage independence, plan meaningful activities, and oversee medication administration with accurate records.

This role requires senior care experience and the ability to lead by example. You’ll work a 48-hour week on day shifts with weekend availability, benefit from funded training up to QCF Level 5, and join a long-standing,

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a senior role in care (care home setting).
• Must have experience with medication administration.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
• Support residents with personal care and daily living
• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
