Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to communicate effectively with Residents and staff.
• Experience with seniors preferred and a focus on compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation).
• Promote independence, dignity, and safety for each resident.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
