Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a full-time Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team. This role sits in Tier 2 (Specialized) with responsibilities spanning complex member inquiries, QA, bug triage, and cross-functional initiatives. Our team supports members 7 days a week, with ET shift options.

You will handle enrollment and appointment coordination, and leverage deep product knowledge to resolve care needs, while mentoring peers and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service across phone, chat and messaging.
• Comfort in a remote work environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience with specialty medications or pharmacy coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and providers via multiple channels.
• Support enrollment, appointment coordination, and pharmacy coordination.
• Apply product and benefits knowledge to resolve complex care needs.
• Participate in QA, bug triage, and cross-functional work streams.
• Assist with issue documentation, service recovery, and VOC feedback.
• Mentor junior associates and share knowledge.
