Job summary

Maven Clinic seeks a Senior Care Support Associate to join the Care Support team. You will deliver excellent member and provider service, handle enrollment and appointment coordination, and support specialized workstreams in a tiered support model.

The role emphasizes deep product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration. You will operate in a remote-friendly, hybrid environment with shifts in ET, contributing to quality assurance and customer satisfaction while mentoring junior teammates

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume customer service
• Experience providing support via phone, live chat, and messaging
• Experience in health tech, fertility benefits, or insurance space
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Comfort in a fast-paced, remote environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and deliver exemplary service via messaging, phone, and live chat
• Coordinate enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and appointment bookings
• Apply product and benefits knowledge to navigate care needs and resolve escalations
• Handle specialized support streams including verification calls and partnerships inquiries
• Participate in QA processes and surface improvement opportunities
• Assist with bug identification and triage with ops and product teams
• Mentor junior associates through knowledge sharing
