Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a full-time Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team. Senior Associates are the backbone of our specialized support operations — they bring deep product knowledge, ownership over complex workflows, and a commitment to delivering exemplary care to members and providers alike.

This role sits within Tier 2 (Specialized) and includes cross-functional duties such as AI QA, bug triage, and emerging work streams as Maven evolves.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer service settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high empathy.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience supporting health tech, fertility benefits, or insurance spaces is a plus.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools and QA processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and provide exemplary service via messaging, phone and live chat.
• Support enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and appointment bookings.
• Apply product and benefits knowledge to resolve nuanced care needs and escalations.
• Handle specialized workstreams including verification calls and partner inquiries.
• Contribute to QA, surface trends, and document technical issues for triage.
• Mentor junior associates and share knowledge to improve the team.
