Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Harrisburg, NC seeks a Supervisor in Charge / Medication Technician to provide hands‑on resident care, oversee medication administration, and support daily living activities. You will maintain a safe, home‑like environment while documenting care and coordinating with nursing staff.

The role emphasizes leading care during shifts, following service plans, and engaging residents in activities to promote independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees care for residents during shift and ensures safety.
• Assists with activities of daily living and daily tasks.
• Counts and restocks medications and maintains medication area.
• Documents medication administration and refusals per policy.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information and service plans.
• Engages residents in life enrichment activities.
• Responds promptly to calls and reports concerns to Nurse or HCC.
• Participates in service plan development and monthly updates.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

High School diploma/GED
