Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transport as needed.
• Offer medication reminders, social engagement, and emotional support to help daily routines.
• Maintain safety and promptly communicate concerns to the care coordination team.

We offer flexible part-time scheduling, with daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments depending on client needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

Age and Employment Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Professional Experience

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.

Transportation Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Current automobile insurance.

California HCA Registration

• Applicants must already be registered as a California Home Care Aide or be willing to complete registration according to state requirements.
• Registration assistance is available.

Candidates with current HCA registration may be able to begin assignments within a few days once the necessary hiring and onboarding requirements are fulfilled.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Care and Hygiene

Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily personal care needs while respecting each client's privacy and dignity.

Mobility and Physical Support

Help clients with walking, safe transfers, and movement throughout their homes.

Daily Living and Household Assistance

Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, assist with errands, and provide transportation when required.

Client Engagement and Well-Being

Offer medication reminders, meaningful social interaction, and emotional support to help clients maintain a positive daily routine.

Safety and Communication

Help maintain a safe home environment and communicate relevant client concerns to the care coordination team.
