Senior Helpers of North Bay is urgently hiring in the Napa Valley, St. Helena, and Calistoga areas to help seniors age with dignity. We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay based on experience, and paid training, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

This is more than a job—it's a chance to make a real difference. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide personal care, companionship, and ADL support, plus transportation and meal prep.

Qualifications

• Active Home Care Aid registration is required.
• Background check is required.
• Current TB test is required.
• Experienced preferred.
• Driver license is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff.
• Assist with personal care.
• Companionship.
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Transferring.
• Transportation.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal prep.
