Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support senior living residents in Florida. You will evaluate swallowing and communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one sessions within a collaborative care setting.

The position features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, plus benefits like licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and enhanced insurance options to support your professional growth and patient

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state license as an SLP or ability to obtain before starting.
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs after full clinical evaluation.
Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, functional-based sessions.
