Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a compassionate team in Florida. You will evaluate and treat patients with swallowing disorders and communication impairments, and collaborate on treatment plans to support overall patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or ability to obtain before starting employment.
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidenced based therapies.
Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs from full clinical evaluation.
Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care.
Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, functional-based treatment sessions.
