Qualifications

• CNA, CENA, Medication Aide, LPN, or equivalent senior living experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support resident care staff during assigned shifts.

Linden Square Senior Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Shift Supervisors to lead our resident care team in a fast-paced Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

In this leadership role, you will oversee daily resident care operations, support and coach care staff, ensure compliance with resident care plans, and serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare providers. This position is ideal for experienced caregivers who enjoy leading others while remaining actively involved in resident care.

We are currently hiring for:

• Full-Time Days: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Part-Time Days: Wednesdays, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Part-Time Nights: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

For candidates seeking additional hours, opportunities may be available to combine this position with Resident Assistant (RA) or Lead Resident Assistant/Medication Technician shifts, based on qualifications and current openings.
