• Minimum of 2 years direct sales to physicians and hospital staff preferred.
• Proven ability to develop referrals from health care targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by meeting or exceeding census goals.
• Expand community base and develop referral relationships with senior-service orgs and hospital staff.
• Represent the company and differentiate its services in the market.
• Generate reports and document marketing activity within deadlines.
• Develop marketing plan and budget with VP of Business Development.
• Develop relationships with referral sources to ensure a steady flow of referrals; 95% external sales.
• Identify new referral sources and expand targets to meet census objectives.
