Job summary

White Acres Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a driven Business Development professional to expand our referral network across hospitals, clinics, and senior-care organizations in the El Paso area. You will drive census growth by building relationships with physicians, case managers and discharge planners, and present our services with clarity and compassion.

Responsibilities include developing the marketing plan, tracking activity, and reporting results weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care or related business field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience targeted to physicians, hospital personnel and case managers preferred.
• Proven success in developing referrals from health care target markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding census goals.
• Expand community base and develop referral relationships with senior-service organizations and hospital staff.
• Understand local industry trends to represent and differentiate the company and its services.
• Accurately generate required reports and documentation of marketing activity within designated time frame.
• Active role in developing the marketing plan and budget with VP of Business Development.
