Always Best Care Senior Services in Solano & Napa Counties is seeking a compassionate Quality Care Coordinator to help ensure our clients receive outstanding care. The role offers $25-$28 per hour, 30-35 hours weekly with potential for 40 hours after a 90-day review, and growth opportunities.

You will build relationships with clients and families, conduct in-home assessments, and coordinate with our care team to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong connections with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Conduct in-home assessments, reassessments, and quality visits.
• Proactively address concerns to ensure exceptional service.

• Conduct client consultations and welcome new clients.
