Help at Home Senior Care is seeking caregivers in Santa Rosa, CA for part-time or full-time roles with flexible hours. You’ll assist seniors with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support medication reminders with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

The role offers competitive pay ($22.50–$24.50/hr base, plus a $1.50/hr raise within 6 months for certifications and dementia care competence). No relocation required; training and benefits are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance in your name.
• Ability to clear background check and drug screening.
• Dependability and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep).
• Provide companionship and engage seniors in meaningful activities.
• Provide medication reminders and help with medication management.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry for a safe, clean environment.
