Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Master's-level clinician (LCSW/LMHC/Licensed Psychologist) is required.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in assisted living or skilled nursing settings is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy and behavioral health assessments for residents.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Coordinate care with facility staff, families, and other providers.
• Document clinical notes accurately in the EHR.
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regs.
