Cotler Psychology Services is seeking Florida-licensed Master's-level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist) to provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services in assisted living facilities and skilled nursing communities across Florida.

Flexible scheduling allows for part-time or full-time opportunities, enabling a meaningful impact on older adults' emotional well-being while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Florida-licensed Master's-level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist) to provide behavioral health services in assisted living and skilled nursing communities across Florida.
• Licensed Master’s level clinician providing psychotherapy, assessments, and counseling with aging populations.
• Work independently with multidisciplinary team while maintaining high ethical standards.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and health care providers to coordinate care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Engage in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
