Qualifications

• Florida-licensed master's-level clinician (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) practicing in Florida.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health assessments for seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EHR and comply with regulations.
