Qualifications

• Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Experience in senior behavioral health settings preferred.
• Ability to work in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR.
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards.
