Qualifications

• Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT required.
• Experience in behavioral health for seniors preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments
• Coordinate care with facility staff, families, and providers
• Complete clinical documentation in the EHR
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing education
• Maintain compliance with regulations and standards
