Cotler Psychology Services is seeking compassionate Florida-licensed Master's-level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services within assisted living facilities and skilled nursing communities across Florida.

As a Licensed Master's Level Clinician, you will conduct assessments, offer individual counseling, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team, with scheduling flexibility for part-time or full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Master’s-level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) for behavioral health in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and supportive counseling.
• Experience working with older adults and compliance with state/federal regulations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR.
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.
