TeamHealth, a clinician-led organization, is seeking a psychotherapist (LPC/LMFT) in North Carolina for a full-time role with Monday–Friday scheduling. The position emphasizes clinical autonomy, collaboration with care teams, and remote documentation support in post-acute settings, with no night or weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates hold an active NC license (LPC/LMFT), are eligible for independent practice and billing, and bring experience with older adults or post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as LPC or LMFT.
• LCSW not considered at this time.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• All levels of experience as a psychotherapist welcome to apply.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Onsite patient care and remote documentation; no nights or weekends.
