Job summary

TeamHealth in Terre Haute, IN seeks a part-time LMHC/LMFT to provide clinical assessments, diagnoses and individual psychotherapy for older adults in post-acute and long-term care. The role features flexible onsite scheduling, round‑and‑go model with remote documentation, and no nights or weekends.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across settings. Compensation is fee-for-service with uncapped earnings and back‑end support; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Indiana LMHC or LMFT license.
• LCSW not considered for this role.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• New grads accepted.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Coverage area includes Terre Haute and Green Castle, Indiana.
