Qualifications

• Active unrestricted North Carolina license as LPC or LMFT.
• LCSW not considered at this time.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• All levels of experience as a psychotherapist welcome to apply.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation.
