Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident changes to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment for all staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions.
