Qualifications

• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must have written and verbal skills to interact effectively.
• Experience preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while ensuring dignity and safety.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident change to a supervisor.
