Job summary
Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider in California to deliver personal assistance and daily care in a senior living setting. You will help residents with daily activities and support overall independence, while upholding the company’s values and standards.

Qualifications
- Experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
- Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
- Report observed changes in residents to a supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
- Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff across departments.
