Job summary

Springwell in Marlborough, MA is seeking an SCO/One Care Supervisor to provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff delivering Senior Care Options and One Care services. You’ll oversee home visits, assess needs, coordinate services, and work with insurers to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

The role also involves staff training, timely performance feedback, and guiding teams to meet program regulations and agency expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social services field.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience in the Home Care program, Senior Care Options program or Information & Referral preferred.
A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff working in the Senior Care Options and One Care Programs.
Staff training, providing timely feedback on performance, and ensuring services are provided in compliance with program regulations and per agency expectations.
