Springwell, Inc. is seeking an SCO/One Care Supervisor to provide administrative and clinical supervision for staff delivering Senior Care Options and One Care services in a coordinated team approach with contracted insurers.

The position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master's preferred, plus at least two years in social services and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social services field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in the Home Care program, Senior Care Options program or Information & Referral preferred.
• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff in the Senior Care Options and One Care Programs.
• Staff conduct home visits, assess client needs, and coordinate services.
• Train staff and provide timely feedback on performance.
• Ensure services comply with regulations and agency expectations.
