Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Lead Caregiver to supervise and support caregiving teams while delivering hands-on care. You will lead shift assignments, monitor charting compliance with ISPs, and promote safety and compassionate service within a diverse environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED, age 18+.
CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.

Responsibilities

Lead shift activities and coordinate team coverage.
Provide hands-on support with ADLs as needed.
Coach team members on care quality, documentation, and hospitality standards.
Review and ensure accuracy of resident charting and ISPs.
Monitor resident health, communicate concerns, and support onboarding of new staff.
Promote safety, compliance, and effective shift transitions.
