We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager Supervisor to provide supervision and oversight in identifying utilization trends in clinical activities and developing strategies to increase consumer access to services. This role involves clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of Care Managers and Waiver Service Coordinators to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide oversight to Care Managers and Waiver Service Coordinators, ensuring adherence to Ohio Department of Aging (AGE), Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), MyCare Ohio Plans (MCOP), and Area Agency on Aging, PSA2 (AAA) standards.
• Identify utilization trends in clinical activities and develop actionable plans to enhance consumer access to services.
• Provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to support staff development and performance improvement.
• Monitor program performance and implement quality initiatives to improve consumer outcomes.
• Serve as an agency liaison and advocate, fostering strong relationships with regulatory bodies and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with performance standards and promote continuous agency support and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Registered Nurse (RN) holding active license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of one year prior supervisory experience.
• Minimum of one year proven experience in care management program operations.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio Department of Aging, Ohio Department of Medicaid, MyCare Ohio Plans, and Area Agency on Aging standards and regulations.
• Ability to analyze utilization trends and develop effective strategies to improve service access.
• Excellent leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience with quality initiatives and performance monitoring.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills to serve as an effective agency liaison.
• Commitment to promoting person-centered care and improving consumer outcomes.
