UCFS seeks a Program Aide and Van Driver to assist seniors with program activities and personal care, plus transportation for Adult Day Center clients. Schedule is full-time, 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities include leading activities, ensuring safety, transporting clients in a UCFS van, and supporting residents with mobility and daily needs. Requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience working with or supporting seniors.
• Must be eligible for Public Service License to operate passenger van.
• HHA/CNA certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participates in and leads program activities at the center, such as exercise, arts and crafts, games and special projects.
• Ensures client participation and safety.
• Provides van transportation for Adult Day Center clients.
• Assists with personal care needs such as transfer, toileting, clothing changes and showering.
• Demonstrates quality customer service and respectful communication.
• Treats coworkers, clients and visitors with respect and professionalism.
