The physician will perform history and physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, initiate treatment, and coordinate patient care with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency and/or fellowship in area of specialty.
• Current or recent experience in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examination of all patients seen.
• Provide cost-effective, high-quality care based on best practice evidenced based medicine.
• Demonstrates competency in assessment and communication appropriate to patient age.
• Provides information and materials relating to patient health care needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/ Entity and proper release of information.
