Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of residency and/or fellowship in the area of specialty.
• Board Certified or Eligible in the area of specialty by the appropriate medical board.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examination of all patients seen.
• Provide high-quality, cost-effective care based on evidence-based medicine.
• Adhere to standardized orders and guidelines approved by the medical staff.
• Coordinate patient care and referrals with physicians, nurses, psychologists, nutritionists and other professionals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety policies.
