Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate from an accredited medical school.
• Residency and/or fellowship completed in area of specialty.
• Board Certified/Eligible in specialty by the appropriate medical board.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examinations for all patients.
• Provide cost-effective, high-quality care based on evidence-based medicine.
• Adhere to standardized orders and practice guidelines approved by medical staff.
• Coordinate patient care and referrals to physicians, nurses, and specialists.
• Educate patients and families and communicate regularly with referring physicians.
