Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Current and unrestricted medical license in state of practice; eligible for other states in region.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats center patients in accordance with standards of care.
• Coordinate patient services including referrals, hospital/SNF coordination, and home health care.
• Act as a source of medical expertise with the care team during daily huddles.
• Lead physician and center administrator in promoting cooperation and professionalism.
• Complete medical records documentation daily with a quality-based coder.
