The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, license in the state, and ongoing CE compliance. Strong computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care are preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Ability to communicate with families, physicians, and health-team members.
• Experience supervising PT assistants and training facility staff.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential according to physician orders and policies.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and aides in resident care and activities.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families; participate in care conferences as needed.
• Complete timely accurate documentation following facility, government, and payer requirements.
