Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Masters or Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state.
• CPR certification and continuing education requirements fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and provide staff training as needed.
• Communicate progress with physicians, staff, residents, and families.
• Document services accurately in medical records and maintain safety standards.
