Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• CPR certification if required by licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PT assistants in direct resident care.
• Maintain documentation per facility and payer requirements.
