PsychoGeriatric Services Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand partnerships with long-term care communities.

This hybrid role focuses on identifying prospective partners, building relationships with key decision-makers, and creating new opportunities to bring behavioral health services to residents. You will travel regionally, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and collaborate with a regional team to ensure seamless onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business relationships.
• Experience with healthcare business development preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field.
• Ability to travel 25–75% within territories.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective long-term care facility partners in assigned territory.
• Build relationships with facility leaders and decision-makers via outreach and in-person visits.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule presentations with partners and VP of Business Development.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of facility partnerships.
• Document leads and activities in the CRM with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partnerships.
