Job summary

A First Name Basis is seeking a Community Liaison to build relationships with property managers of low-income housing for seniors and disabled individuals across Central Arkansas and surrounding areas.

The role involves presenting information weekly, generating leads, and devising outreach strategies while traveling within Central/Southern Arkansas; benefits include competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales or community outreach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively solve challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with Medicaid waivers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain connections with property managers and community organizations.
• Deliver 7–10 in-service presentations weekly, about one hour each.
• Identify and cultivate 20–25 qualified leads monthly and manage pipeline.
• Organize community activities using monthly marketing budget (food, bingo, etc.).
• Travel within Central/Southern Arkansas to reach target communities.
