Job summary

Hims, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join the Care Operations team. You will perform complex analyses, surface insights, and collaborate across Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations to improve patient and provider experiences.

You will own analytical workstreams, monitor KPIs, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, translating data into actionable strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record translating data into actionable business insights.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills for stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau) and Claude AI.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration to mentor teammates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses across Care Operations to identify trends and root causes.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks/opportunities using data and patient insights.
• Own analytical workstreams, prioritizing issues and driving improvements across growth and care delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence priorities and translate insights into product/process improvements.
• Measure impact of launches and changes, iterate until performance stabilizes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
