Qualifications

• RCFE Administrator Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong understanding of resident care operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care team, medication management, and healthcare services coordination.
• Maintain family communications and engagement; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Lead recruitment, training and staffing in collaboration with other teams.
