Job summary

Staff2You CV, LLC is seeking a caregiver for Fresno Guest Homes in Fresno, CA. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support the care operations team under the Executive Administrator.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a clean background, and a compassionate, flexible approach to dementia care and medication assistance. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Criminal background clearance (Required by State).
• Caregiving: 1 year experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Care or other direct care (Preferred).
• Ability to work with older adults, including willingness to work with those with behavioral challenges.
• Experience with dementia care and Hoyer lifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transferring.
• Assist residents with self-administration of medications.
• Engage residents with activities.
• Documentation/communication of resident activities, ADLs, and changes.
• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu, with modifications for dietary needs.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support individuals with dementia.
• Ensure resident confidentiality.
