FullShift Staffing is seeking a qualified Administrator to oversee daily operations of a health care facility and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Based in Fresno, California, this full-time position offers opportunities to influence quality outcomes and regulatory adherence.

The role requires supervising all department managers, aligning clinical services with business plans, and delivering premier customer service while resolving patient care issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current state license as required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Oversees completion of forms, reports, etc. including State licensure reports, monthly financial reports, Public Health or Department of Labor surveys, plans of correction, responses to corporate requests, replies to patients' council, and others as needed.
• Other duties and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice.
