Arrow Senior Living in Rogers, AR is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager to lead the Wellness team. The role involves direct hands-on nursing, medication passes, and ensuring resident safety and well-being in a home-like environment.

The successful candidate will hold an LPN or RN license, be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong supervision and documentation skills while supporting a resident-centered care approach.

Formación

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing in Arkansas.
• Direct hands-on nursing care including medication passes.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience with EMR preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Wellness team in the absence of department heads.
• Assist residents with call lights and care needs.
• Document resident assessments and medical records accurately.
• Maintain compassionate, resident-centered care.
