Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician to ensure residents receive their daily medications compassionately and accurately. This role contributes to a dignity-centered care environment that enables residents to live life to the fullest.

Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician Certification or 1 year+ senior care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and time-efficient.

Responsibilities

• Follow MAR to dispense medications per physician orders.
• Adhere to Six Rights of medication administration and policies.
• Utilize eMAR for medication administration and documentation.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on resident care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff on shift.
• Model Bickford's mission and standards on every shift.
