Job summary

Seaton Senior Living, part of the Discovery Senior Living family, is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and medication support to residents in a welcoming home-like environment.

The role includes monitoring residents, assisting with daily living activities, documenting changes, and ensuring safety. A CNA background is preferred; HS diploma/GED and 18+ are required, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated residents during shifts and monitor well-being.
• Observe, document symptoms and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisors when needed.
• Assist with continence management and meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist with activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
• Engage with residents and greet visitors, guests, and vendors.
