You will also maintain organized medication areas, follow infection control protocols, observe for health changes, and report concerns promptly. Certification and senior care experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and age 18+.
• Medication Administration certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills essential.
• Senior care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for relief.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms; follow infection control standards.
