Job summary

Senior Resource Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate Med Aide/CNA to assist with resident medications and daily living activities in our assisted living and memory care communities. This role includes documenting care, monitoring resident conditions, and communicating changes to the care team.

Candidates should have CNA or related experience, First Aid/CPR certification, and familiarity with Yardi/eMAR or similar systems. Weekend shifts are available, with competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• CNA or experienced caregiver required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Minimum six months experience in a related position.
• Must comply with licensing requirements.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident medication delivery and management.
• Document medications in eMAR and progress notes.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Maintain medication room and supplies.
• Assist residents with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Follow infection control procedures and SRG policies.
